The last Rocket Reading for 2008 is coming up at the South Coast Writers Centre. Hosted by Wollongong writer Linda Godfrey, Rocket Readings will feature guest poet Stephen Edgar, alongside South Coast poets Irene Wilkie, author of Love and Galactic Spiders, and Sally Evans from the Common Cold Poetry Collective.
Rocket Readings will be held at South Coast Writers Centre premises on the top floor of the Town Hall. It will feature the popular Rocket readings open mic section, with a three minute limit for each reader, and the awarding of the Rocket Readings prize. All welcome at what is always an entertaining and relaxed evening. Refreshments available.
